Essential policy

Privacy

PCEP applies purpose limitation, data minimization, security and transparency to personal-data processing.

PCEP perspective

Scope and purpose

This policy covers institutional channels, the restricted-area access request and the separate ‘Present your venture’ commercial form. Access requests are processed for institutional access. Commercial submissions are processed for intake, triage, qualification and initial response. Submission is not a contract, diagnosis, proposal or approval and does not authorize secondary marketing.

02

PCEP perspective

Data processed

The commercial form requests name, email, project city/state, stage and main challenge. Company, telephone, project type, administrative-process existence and a brief description are optional. Do not send attachments, documents, third-party data or confidential information.

03

PCEP perspective

Processing and access

Data submitted through the form is validated, stored in the portal infrastructure and made available to PCEP's authorized administrative workflow. PCEP may use infrastructure, authentication and communication providers necessary to operate the portal, subject to applicable controls.

04

PCEP perspective

Retention and deletion

Access requests follow their institutional retention schedule. Leads without qualification or continuity are scheduled for 90 days after the last relevant interaction; MQL for 180 days; SQL, opportunity and proposal for up to 12 months. Client relationships move to their own contractual policy. Purging is controlled, and deleting active data does not immediately remove provider recovery points, which expire under the applicable technical retention period.

Cookies and visit analytics

The portal uses resources necessary for authentication, sessions and security. When visit analytics is configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It may measure visited pages, contact-channel clicks, the start and attempted submission of the form, and confirmed commercial submissions, without transmitting form fields or message contents. You can decline or change your choice under ‘Analytics preferences’. When analytics is not configured, no Google Analytics tag loads.

Data-subject rights

Requests for confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable, objection where applicable, information about processing and sharing, and other rights under applicable law may be sent to contato@pcepltda.com.br. Suggested subject: “Privacy / Personal Data”. The request will be routed internally to the person designated by PCEP and handled according to its nature and applicable requirements.
